The Sound to Narrows Finish Line Festival is a celebration of community, health, and local connection. Becoming a vendor is a great way to share information about your organization, products or services with more than 8,000 community members while supporting a long‑standing community event.
Below you’ll find details about vendor benefits, space information, fees, and setup to help you decide if Sound to Narrows is the right fit for your organization.

Vendor space and requirements
- Each vendor is allocated a 10-by-10-foot grassy space
- Vendors provide their own tent, canopy, table and chairs
- All tents must be weighted (no stakes are allowed in the ground)
- Tacoma Fire will be on-site to ensure all canopies meet safety guidelines.
- All vendors must break down booths at the end of the event, and recycle any boxes, pamphlets, etc., in containers provided.
- The vendor field map and parking passes will be emailed June 1
- Please note: The city of Tacoma prohibits distribution of thin plastic bags.
Vendor rates
- Standard: $350
- Non-profit organization: $150
- Food & Beverage Truck Vendor: 10% of race day proceeds donated to MultiCare Center for Health Equity & Wellness food access and security programming in Pierce County
- MultiCare Organization & Affiliates: Free
- S2N Sponsor: Free for cash sponsors

Vendors may bring items to Vassault Playfield (North 37th & Vassault streets, Tacoma) on Friday, June 12 after 3pm. Overnight security is provided by MultiCare.
Alternatively, you may set up your booth space on race day, Saturday, June 13 by 7am.
We ask that you keep your booth intact until the completion of Sound to Narrows at approximately 10:30am-11am on race day.

Vendor and sponsor parking is available at Vassault Park on the grass directly across from the vendor area. Volunteers will be giving directions on race day.
No parking is allowed in the Vassault Park lot.

Samplers are responsible for meeting Health Department requirements and/or securing all necessary permits if providing food/beverages.

Organizations who would like to sell products on-site must request to do so by emailing [email protected]. The Sound to Narrows team will forward your request for review to Metro Parks.
