10×10 booth space at the 2022 MultiCare Sound to Narrows Finish Line Festival.
Exposure to 5,000+ athletes, family & friends (potential customers). During the event
marketing materials and/or product samples can be included at our packet pick-up location at Tacoma Rainier’s Cheney Stadium, on Thursday, June 9. Contact Amber for more information.

VENDOR SPACE INFORMATION: Each vendor will be allocated a 10’ x 10’ grassy space. We can supply a canopied tent, one six-foot table, and two chairs. If you choose to provide your own tent, all tents must be weighted, no stakes are allowed in the ground. Tacoma Fire will be on-site to maintain all canopies meet safety guidelines. We ask that all vendors break down booths at the end of the race and recycle any boxes, pamphlets, etc. in containers provided.


Standard booth – $350 (tent, table, chairs provided)
Non-Profit – $150 (you provide your own tent/table/chairs)
Food Truck -10% of proceeds donated to support MultiCare’s Academy for Students in Healthcare Camp.

SET-UP/TAKE DOWN: Vendors may bring items to Vassault Playfield (North 37th and Vassault St., Tacoma) on Friday, June 10. Booths will be in place after 3:00 p.m. Overnight security will be provided by MultiCare. You may also set up your booth space on race day, however, to avoid road closures, you must arrive at Vassault Playfield by 7:00 a.m. We ask that you keep your booth intact until the completion of Sound to Narrows at approximately 10:30/11:00 a.m. *Also, the City of Tacoma prohibits distribution of thin, plastic bags.

PARKING: Each tent space is allotted one parking pass directly behind their tent. Parking is only allowed on the gravel path.

FOOD/BEVERAGE BOOTH: Samplers are responsible for meeting Health Department requirements and/or securing all necessary permits if providing food/beverages. SELLING PRODUCTS: Samplers who would like to sell products on-site, must request to do so. Sound to Narrows will forward requests to Metro Parks.
